Job Description

Required:
• .Net experience utilizing C# and VB.Net 3.5 version.
• Experience with Oracle & SQL Server Database Design and development including optimization of queries, creating tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment.
• Experience with Web Development using Microsoft .NET technologies with Visual Studio 2005 or later version.
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• Experience in Extensible Markup Language (XML), Ajax, Jquery, Javascript.
• SQL Server 2008 Reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Developer must have experience in developing n-tier web based applications and understand the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience of WinForms and WebForms.
• Must have experience in supporting US based clients

Preferred Requirements:
• A demonstrable understanding of N-tier environments as it relates to deployment.
• A demonstrable understanding of code repository strategies, code promotion strategies and Recovery using Visual Source Safe or Team Foundation Server (preferred).
• A demonstrable understanding of the new features introduced with the release of Visual Studio 2008 (VS 2008).
• Understanding of how to automate processes using SSIS.

• Microsoft Certified Professionals.
• Excellent oral and written skills and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
